He also served as a consultant to the Guatemalan president in technology and systems information and 're-engineered' the two of the largest Central American financial institutions.

Ajay is currently also serving in several boards of IT companies for dutch business growth and bootstrapping Startups in the telecom and Fintech sectors. Ajay helped several startups and medium-sized companies in the latest digital transformation like Blockchain, IoT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud technologies to disrupt or transform the ecosystem. Gerry is a highly qualified mechanical engineer with expressive experience in advising and assisting companies with new build projects mainly in the power generation and oil & gas sectors. His project management expertise comes from years of working for companies such as General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Siemens, Rolls Royce, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in the power generation sector. Most of these projects being new build 400Mw CCGT. With oil & gas and chemical plants, Gerry has worked for BP, ICI, Du Pont, NNPC and ENI, being involved with major new build projects and major upgrades to existing plants. Gerry’s speciality is enabling world class companies to construct projects to world class standards and also ensuring intervention of local content. This is critically important to the country in question as it permits the newer generation of young people to gain employment experience and be in a position to support their family by working on the project. In this manner, the overall education system is improved as well as the skill levels of the local people. Through his long involvement with power generation, oil and gas plus aviation, Gerry brings a broad range of knowledge, experience, expertise and contacts to ECP for project management and project execution.
